Snapshot
Two moths drawn to a flame
Huddled together so close, our hearts may as well have been beating as one
I could close the window, but that would disturb the moment we had found ourselves lost in
So instead, we draw closer, further developing the cocoon
Biting eachothers' sweaters to force ourselves closer to the fire
Until it pops, sparks, fizzles out in an explosion of passion
Butterflies formerly in our stomachs now fading into ash
Just kindling for our bond
