February Poem 14/28
Mirror Image
Eyes Glazed Over; Dull and Lonely
Piercing through my skull like knives
Refracting wavelengths like a mirror
Living in our double lives
You squint and blink, eyes unaverting
Is this malice? Or is this just flirting?
I don't dare break contact, don't let myself go free
I'm only staring at you to figure out if you're staring at me
Oblique Strategy of the day: Turn It Upside Down
